Last night, David Plouffe, a campaign manager for Obama, sent an email announcing that Obama is soon to release the information of whom his VP is via text and email the second he announces it in a speech. Obama has claimed that to some, his choice may appear to be coming from left field; the theme of the night when the VP speaks at the DNC is centred around veterans. I believe that it is highly likely that Obama has chosen General Wesley Clark.
General Clark would balance out Obama's lack-of national policy experience and military expertise; this guy knows how to say it like it is. Clark was the Supreme NATO Commander in Europe during the Kosovo conflict and ran a very successful job. This guy was also against the Iraq War before it began, and knew it would become a quagmire. Electorally, this guy will probably swing Virginia and its high veteran population to leaning democrat and help in Missouri and North Carolina. It is highly unlikely that Clark would help pull his home state of Arkansas, which hasn't voted Democrat since native born Bill Clinton ran.
I'm really hoping it's Wesley Clark; McCain's "strengths" on national policy will be exposed as fraud and he will have no credibility after Obama and Clark rip through him.
No money related news today, I'll begin releasing more sites and trying them out over the next few weeks, however.
